Refund policy

  1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags and labels.

  • Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@lifinityy.com to receive return instructions and authorization.

  • Returns without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

  1. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method via our payment processor.

  • The timing of when the refund appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

  • Please note that any payment processing fees charged to us by Stripe may be non‑refundable and will not be reimbursed to you separately.

  1. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lifinityy.com with your order number and clear photos.

  • After review, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item sent or defective item).

  • If the return is accepted due to our error, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as instructed by our support team.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non‑refundable, unless required by applicable law.

  1. Non‑returnable items

  • For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may be non‑returnable once opened or used (if applicable to your product range).
