We ship worldwide. Whether you are located within the European Union, United States or anywhere else in the world, we deliver our products directly to your door. All availability, pricing, and delivery options are confirmed during the checkout process.

2. Courier Service

Orders are delivered via DHL Express or other reliable courier partners selected by us.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During promotional periods, sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes around 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier network.
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual transit time can be affected by factors such as customs, weather, peak seasons or local courier workload.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, chosen shipping method and order weight/size.
Any free‑shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly indicated at checkout when available.

6. Delays and Issues

We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, but Lifinityy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@lifinityy.com and we will help you investigate the issue with the courier.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel and products, plus your order number.
We will open a case with the courier and work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include replacement, refund or other solution depending on the outcome of the investigation.
