  • All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; minor differences may occur, but we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

  • After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A binding purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or other methods shown at checkout.

  • All card transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with applicable card scheme rules and security standards (such as PCI‑DSS). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Whether you are located within the European Union, United States or anywhere else in the world, we deliver our products directly to your door. All availability, pricing, and delivery options are confirmed during the checkout process.

  • Handling time is usually 1–3 business days after successful payment. Delivery time is typically 3–10 business days after dispatch, but may vary depending on destination, carrier and external factors.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues as far as reasonably possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

  • If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, contact us at support@lifinityy.com within the 14‑day period and clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract.

  • Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging (unless reasonably necessary to inspect the product). You are responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Instructions for returns are provided when you contact us at support@lifinityy.com. Returns without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

  • The timing of when the refund appears on your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Any non‑refundable processing fees charged by payment providers are not separately reimbursed to you, unless required by applicable law.

  • Return shipping costs are usually your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), in which case we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

8. Warranty & Claims

  • If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at support@lifinityy.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will handle your claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the specific case and product availability.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for losses or damages caused by improper use of products, failure to follow instructions, or modifications made by the customer.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where such limitation is not allowed by law (for example, in cases of fraud or certain consumer rights).

10. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including fraud or activities that violate payment provider or card network rules.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, we may also inform relevant payment providers in line with their rules and legal obligations.
